Unfortunately, the initial room's air conditioning didn't work, and I had to move to another room, which was fine. However, I found the mattress needed replacement as it wasn't up to standard. Overall, the experience was marred by this inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay, as not only is the hotel just a few steps from bustling Zocodover, but it’s also a short walk to the impressive Alcazar, making my weekend exploration a breeze.

Location was on point, just a quick stroll to explore the sights. Comfy beds make for a solid stay.

The exceptional location made it easy to explore the surrounding sites, including the impressive Alcazar. I enjoyed the comfort of the remodeled room, providing a spacious area to relax, and the bathroom facilities were a nice bonus. However, the room lacked a bit of charm in its decor. While the staff was quite attentive, the overall experience didn’t match the price level I expected.

The hotel's central location made it super easy for us to explore the amazing sights of Toledo, especially the stunning views of the Alcazar just a short walk away. The spacious Triple Room was perfect for our family of four, giving us room to relax.

In my wife’s opinion, having a small play area for kids would have made our stay even better.

Couple's basic getaway

The location was unbeatable, right near the Alcazar, and it was great coming back to the hotel for a quick rest. It was nice to have a spacious room, even if the decor was kinda basic.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive for what we got but still, it was tolerable.

I enjoyed the cozy, remodeled Twin Room, which featured a spacious bathroom with a bidet. The location made exploring Toledo so easy, right next to the Alcazar. The staff seemed genuinely helpful and kind, making my stay more enjoyable. However, I faced a couple of issues. The lack of air conditioning in April was uncomfortable, especially in the top floor room. I moved to the first floor, which was cooler and offered better internet access, although it was still pretty minimal. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep at times. I wished for a basic coffee machine for my morning caffeine fix, as having to find a café felt inconvenient.

During my solo travel to Toledo, I found the room a bit cramped, especially with the bed taking up most of the space. The lack of a desk or table made it tricky to find a comfortable spot to sit. However, the location was a major plus, being just a short walk from the stunning Alcazar and the impressive cathedral, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed visiting. I also appreciated that the bathroom was large and modern, making it a nice retreat at the end of the day.

i had a lovely stay at sercotel! the location is superb, right opposite the alcazar, making it so easy to explore. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which truly made a difference. the room was comfortable, and the large, modern bathroom was a bonus!
